1. The service
Beetroots produces AI-generated, UGC-style video advertising creative on a batch or subscription basis, and provides a client portal to submit briefs, upload assets, track progress and download deliverables. We sell quality, speed and range. We do not guarantee any specific advertising, sales or performance outcome.
2. Accounts
To use the client portal you must create an account and be at least 18 and acting for a business. You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information, for keeping your login credentials secure, and for all activity under your account. Tell us promptly at [email protected] of any unauthorised use.
3. Content you provide
You retain ownership of the products, brand assets, footage, logos and references you upload (“Client Content”). You grant us a limited, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce and adapt Client Content solely to produce, deliver and support your ads. You warrant that you own or are licensed to use all Client Content and that it does not infringe any third-party rights or any law. You must not upload content that is unlawful, infringing, defamatory, or that you have no right to share.
4. Intellectual property & usage rights
On full payment for a batch or plan, you receive unlimited usage rights to the delivered ads: you own the right to use them across any platform, placement and campaign, for as long as you like, with no recurring licensing fees. We retain the right to feature non-confidential work in our portfolio unless you ask us in writing not to.
5. Revisions & delivery
Standard turnaround is 48 hours from an approved brief. Each batch includes one structured revision round. Additional rounds, rush delivery and other add-ons are billed per the pricing in effect at order time.
6. Plans, billing & cancellation
One-time batches are payable in advance. Monthly plans are billed in advance and renew automatically each cycle until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your account or by emailing us; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle, and unused ad allowances do not roll over or refund unless required by law. Payments are processed by Stripe (introduced in a later phase); by paying you agree to its terms.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the service: no unlawful, infringing or harmful content; no attempts to disrupt, reverse-engineer or gain unauthorised access to the platform; and no use of the deliverables in a way that breaches the advertising policies of the platforms you run them on. You are responsible for that compliance.
8. Privacy

9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Beetroots's total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the work giving rise to it. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits or ad-spend results. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts, unless mandatory local law provides otherwise.
